1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tool Genie (hosted at toolgenie.online and related domains), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Educational & Non-Medical Disclaimer

Important Medical Notice: Tool Genie is an informational, educational, and computational geometry tool.

  • The outputs, harmony ratings, and scores do not constitute medical diagnoses, clinical cephalometric prescriptions, or plastic surgery recommendations.
  • No doctor-patient relationship is formed through the use of this website.
  • Always consult with a board-certified maxillofacial surgeon, orthodontist, or dermatologist for clinical medical evaluations.

3. Permissible Use & Image Rights

By uploading any photograph or portrait into Tool Genie, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age or possess parental consent.
  • You own the intellectual property rights to the image, or you have explicit consent from the subject in the photo.
  • You will not upload defamatory, unlawful, non-consensual, or sexually explicit imagery.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The software architecture, Slush design system implementations, algorithms, proprietary score calculation formulas, custom typography pairings, logos, and UI components are the exclusive intellectual property of Tool Genie. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, or repackage the tool for commercial resale without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tool Genie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, or from personal aesthetic decisions inspired by calculated ratios.
